Create an account. Set rental preferences to allow Landlords know what you’re looking for. Complete your Profile.
Landlord
Search for Tenants looking for rentals in the community with your rental property. ‘Send offer’ to Tenants to view your property.
Tenant
Search for active property listings and contact Landlords. Review “sent offer” to see Landlords property listing and ratings. Call the Landlord and schedule a time to see the property listing.
Landlord
Show the property listing. Review Tenants ratings and references from past Landlords.
Tenant
View the listed property.
Landlord
Start the lease agreement and send it to the Tenant.
Tenant
Click on the ‘Applications’ tab. Sign and upload the sent lease agreement.
Tenant
Pay the security deposit and rent via Rentvault. Click on ‘Payment History’ to see payment record.
Landlord
Go to the ‘Agreements’ tab, to record off-line payments. Add method of payment and the date it was received.
